Cost of living support

With the cost of living on the rise, there will be people in Cumbria who are struggling, whether that's emotionally, financially or just because they need practical help to get in touch and seek support.

Two New Councils for Cumbria

We've launched a Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) website which provides a wealth of information, such as information on the background to LGR and developing two new councils for Cumbria.

There is also a timeline of events, a glossary to help residents, businesses and our partners understand the process as well as some of the terminology.
