South Lakeland Bus Timetables

Most services are returning to a normal timetable, with the full Summer timetable due to start on 3 August, but there are "social distancing" restrictions in place

School term dates

As shown on bus timetables, some buses only run on schools days. Check school term dates for more information.


  • If you are aged 5 to 18 and live in South Lakeland, a A2BNoW card allows you to travel on local buses at reduced fares.

    You will pay a maximum of £1.80 for a single journey or £3.00 for a return journey. If the fare is normally less than this, you will be charged the normal fare.

    And it doesn't just apply to all journeys in South Lakeland. As long as your return journey starts in South Lakeland, you can use your card to check out Barrow, Keswick, Penrith and Lancaster and all stops along the way
