At 00:41 on 26th July 2021, eight fire engines attended an incident on A596, Wigton. The fire involved an agricultural building on a farm. Firefighters used two hose reels and two ground monitors. Crews remain in attendance.

At 15:52 hours on Sunday 25th July 2021 four fire engines and the command unit attended Church Road, Harrington in Workington. Fire involving the roof space and first floor of a domestic property was extinguished using six breathing apparatus, two hose reels and two jets. One casualty was rescued by fire service personnel and assessed by paramedics. Crews were detained for two hours, twenty minutes.

At 18:34 hours on Wednesday 21st july 2021, three fire engines attended a rescue of person in water at Devils Bridge, Carnforth. One casualty was rescued from the water by fire service personnel using two air pads and swift water rescue equipment. The casualty was left in the care of the air ambulance crew and fire service were in attendance for approximately one hour and fifty minutes.

At 16:43 hours on Wednesday 21st July 2021, two fire engines and the wild fire unit attended a derelict building fire on Dalston Road, Carlisle. Fire fighters used 4 scotty backpacks, one light portable pump, two branches, two breathing apparatus, one thermal imaging camera and one main jet to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for approximately six hours.

At 09:50 on 20th July 2021 a fire engine attended Chestnut Hill in Keswick. The fire, involving a garden which was well alight on the arrival of fire crews, was extinguished using one hose reel jet. One casualty suffered burns to their arms and was handed to care of the ambulance service. The fire service was in attendance for approximately fifty minutes

At 11:25 hours on 19th July 2021, four fire engines, a water bowser and an environmental protection unit attended a road traffic collision involving a light goods vehicle and a car on the B5286 at Hawkshead, Ambleside. The light goods vehicle was involved in fire, and was carrying a full load of food stuffs. Fire fighters extinguished the fire using compressed air foam, two jets and two breathing apparatus. One casualty was treated by ambulance paramedics for slight injuries. Crews were in attendance for approximately five hours.

At 15:57 hours on 19th July 2021, two fire engines attended a road traffic collision involving two vehicles on the B6260 at Drybeck near to Appleby in Westmoreland. Fire fighters extricated two people using holmatro cutting equipment and a dewalt saw, and were in attendance for approximately one hour.

Fire crews responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at a domestic property and used two breathing apparatus and one gas monitor. One casualty was taken to hospital for precautionary checks by northwest ambulance service. Fire crews were detained for one hour.

Crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and one positive pressure ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. Oxygen therapy was administered by fire service personnel to one casualty. Crews were in attendance for thirty-six minutes.

This was a road traffic collision involving one car into a wall, fire crews assisted ambulance crews in releasing one casualty from the vehicle who was then passed to the care of ambulance. Fire crews were in attendance for approximately forty-five minutes.
