At 21:10 hours on the 22nd April 2019 one fire engine from Whitehave was mobilised to reports of a fire in the open near High Road, Whithaven. On arrival crews found approximately 400 square metres of grass and gorse well alight. Crews used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and were in attendance for approximately one and a half hours.

At 17:14 hours on April 21st 2019 two fire engines - one from Barrow and one from Ulverston fire stations attended a road traffic collision on park road Barrow-in-Furness - fire crews gave first aid to one motorcyclist casualty who had head injuries before being dealt with by ambulance crews and transferred to hospital - fire service were at the scene for just under one and a half hours

Fire service personnel were in attendance for approximately one hour.

At 00:40 hours on the 20th April 2019 six fire engines from Carlisle West, Carlisle East, Wigton, Longtown , Aspatria, Penrith and the Water Bowser from Penrith were mobilised to reports of a large vehicle fire at Little Bampton. On arrival fire crews dealt with a large fire involving numerous vehicle trailers. Crews used four jets, four breathing apparatus and the compressed air foam system to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for approximately two hours and twenty minutes.

At 22:09 hours on the 19th April 2019 four fire engines from Carlisle East, Carlisle West, Longtown and Penrith were mobilised to a road traffic collision, with reports of one person trapped at Houghton Carlisle. On arrival fire fighters dealt with an accident involving a heavy goods vehicle and one car. They released one casualty using hydraulic cutting gear. Police and ambulance were also in attendance. Firefighters were on scene for approximately seventy minutes.

Fire fighters released one casualty from a vehicle. Two casualties were taken by air ambulance to hospital and one casualty was taken by road ambulance. Crews were in attendance for one hour and forty minutes.

On Thursday 18th April 2019 at 10:24 hours two fire engines from Brampton and Longtown were called to a road traffic collision on the A6071 at Scaleby. Two casualties were released from the vehicle by fire service personnel and one casualty was extricated from the vehicle using Halmatro cutting equipment and was transported to hospital via air ambulance. Crews were in attendance for seventy minutes.

One casualty, suffering smoke inhalation required medical treatment. Fire crews were in attendance for approximately one hour and twenty-five minutes.
