    Our monthly PLUS services are perfect for families and young children, with music, singing, crafts, prayer and fun. This special PLUS service for Pentecost is always popular as we fill the Cathedral with balloons! Our PLUS services are a great way for us to share the story of Jesus through play and activity, and pure imagination! All welcome. Free entry.

  • Step up to the plate - Walk Ullswater Way the Foodie Way
    Step up to the plate, explore Ullswater the foodie way in aid of Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland. A charity walk celebrating all things Cumbrian, based in the heart of our clinical services area. Walk the Ullswater way for Hospice at Home on Saturday 22nd June 2019 and get the true taste of Cumbria. Approx Distance: 21 or 10 miles Difficulty: Moderate Registration fee: £30 Fundraising Pledge: £125 Dogs welcome!   • Midsummer Night's Dream
    Oddsocks Productions return to Workington Hall with a free outdoor performance of Midsummer Night's Dream. Not for 1 night but for 2! There is no charge to watch either performance and there is no need to book, just turn up! Performances will start at 7pm on Thursday 27th and Friday 28th June and end at approx. 9.30pm, with an interval half way. Bring your own seats, blankets, food, drink and torches. There will also be food and beverage stalls available. Make a night of it and prepare for all weathers! Workington Hall Tours We will be running tours of the hall again and will let you know once we are open for bookings.
