Corporate Procurement - service standards

The Corporate Procurement team are committed to providing a range of quality customer focused procurement services that meet the needs of all users. We have produced a set of service standards demonstrating the level of service customers can expect to receive. However, we constantly strive to improve our performance and would welcome comments on any aspect of our services.

Communication

  • Staff in the unit will be professional, helpful and courteous
  • We will answer the phone within four rings
  • We will respond to voicemail messages within one working day
  • We will respond to written communication within five working days
  • All customers will be seen within five minutes of the arranged time when attending an appointment
