There are 14 Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) in Cumbria where you can dispose of your recyclables and household waste. Use the search below to find your nearest recycling centre and find out which materials are accepted.
(For your safety, the HWRCs may be closed for short periods of time while skip exchange takes place).
Some sites may open late or close early during the winter months for health and safety reasons.
Trade waste is not accepted at Household Waste Recycling Centres - only certain vehicles are permitted to use these sites subject to a waste permit scheme
